This tour offers full-day river safaris, expert naturalist guides, and accommodations in two strategically located lodges to maximize wildlife encounters and photography opportunities.
Day 1 – Arrival in Cuiabá / Transfer to Pantanal Lodge
Meet & greet at Cuiabá Airport.
Drive along the scenic Transpantaneira to your first lodge (approx. 4–5h).
Dinner and overnight surrounded by Pantanal wildlife.
Day 2 – Wildlife Safari & Transfer Deeper into the Wetlands
Early morning wildlife drive and birdwatching.
After lunch, continue along the Transpantaneira toward Porto Jofre.
Arrive at the riverside lodge. Dinner and overnight.
Day 3 – Jaguar Boat Safari (Full Day)
Full-day boat safari on the Cuiabá River and its tributaries.
Observe jaguars hunting, giant otters, capybaras, and caimans.
Lunch on board. Return before sunset.
Day 4 – Jaguar & Wildlife Photography
Another full-day river safari with expert local guides.
Opportunities for close encounters with jaguars and birds in action.
Dinner and rest.
Day 5 – River Safari + Sunset Cruise
Morning boat safari in a new area of the river.
Afternoon at leisure or optional sunset cruise for photography.
Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Day 6 – Return to First Lodge / Night Safari
Early morning boat ride, then transfer back along the Transpantaneira to the first lodge.
Dinner and night safari by 4x4 in search of ocelots, tapirs, and other nocturnal species.
Day 7 – Sunrise Safari & Relaxation
Morning hike or photographic safari.
Relax in the afternoon at the lodge’s observation deck or pool.
Farewell dinner.
Day 8 – Return to Cuiabá
Breakfast and transfer back to Cuiabá Airport for your onward flight.
